Investigations
Our investigative officers have all received Crime Scene Technician training, as well as additional training in investigative techniques. Their additional training makes it possible for Cheraw to have access to resources formerly unavailable except through cooperation with state law enforcement agencies. The investigative team takes point on all narcotic and criminal investigations in the Cheraw community.
K-9
K-9 teams work together to find missing persons, apprehend suspects, identify explosives and narcotics and assist in article search and evidence gathering. Our K-9 officers, K-9 Kombo and K-9 Nico, are an invaluable asset to our team. K-9 training for K-9 officers and their partners occurs off site at a separate K-9 facility.
